New Delhi, 4th May 2026: Oriflame, the Swedish holistic beauty and wellbeing brand, has announced the appointment of Orkun Gül as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this role, Orkun will join Oriflame’s Global Leadership Team and lead the company’s commercial strategy across international markets, as Oriflame continues to strengthen its global business and scale its evolving social selling ecosystem.
Orkun brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning FMCG, direct selling, and network marketing. His career includes senior roles at Procter & Gamble and over a decade in executive leadership at Avon. Across his career, he has led diverse markets and regions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and APAC, consistently driving sustainable growth by strengthening distributor engagement, enhancing local market execution, and building consumer-centric commercial models at scale.
Beyond his corporate experience, Orkun has been a strong advocate for the direct selling industry, having served as President of the Turkey Direct Selling Association. In this capacity, he championed ethical, transparent, and sustainable network marketing practices, contributing to the long-term credibility and development of the sector.
In his new role, Orkun will focus on strengthening Oriflame’s global social selling model, advancing commercial capabilities across priority markets, and enhancing the productivity of its community of over three million Beauty Entrepreneurs and members worldwide.
