Launching in May, Popeyes will open across three prominent locations in Pune, Phoenix Market City – Viman Nagar, Seasons Mall- Magarpatta and Elpro City Mall – Pimpri, ensuring accessibility across major residential and commercial hubs in the city.

With a young, cosmopolitan population, a thriving student community, and a growing base of working professionals, Pune has emerged as a high-frequency dining market with increasing demand for global QSR experiences. Rooted in Louisiana, Popeyes is a world-famous brand known for its bold, flavor-packed fried chicken. Its signature recipe, marinated for 12 hours and infused with a distinctive blend of Cajun spices, has driven strong consumer demand across global markets. The brand gained worldwide recognition with its iconic Chicken Sandwich, which sparked unprecedented consumer demand upon its debut. The Pune menu will feature a wide range of favorites, including the famous Signature Chicken, Hot & Messy line-up with bold flavors such as Spicy Korean and Sweet Chilli, along with its range of Flavor-burst Burgers, Cajun Chicken Tenders, Chicken Popcorn and the iconic Chicken Sandwich. The offering also includes a range of vegetarian options such as the Flavor-burst Veg Burger range, Wraps, Cajun Fries and Crispy Onion Rings, catering to diverse consumer preferences.

A key highlight of the launch is Popeyes’ Dip N’ Drip range — a new format of signature sauces introduced in 100 ml and 300 ml packs across four distinct flavors. Designed for convenience and shareability, the range allows consumers to pair, dip, and customise their meals while also extending the Popeyes flavor experience beyond a single serving.

As Popeyes enters Pune, it brings its globally loved, flavor-forward offerings to a new and evolving consumer base. Marking its arrival with “World Famous Chicken, Loved by Millions – Punyat Popeyes!” The launch aims to build strong local resonance while staying rooted in its Louisiana heritage. To celebrate, a limited two-week introductory offer will be available for consumers in the city.
