National, 19th May 2026: This summer, Smoke House Deli turns the season into a table-wide celebration with The Deli Summer Spread, a limited-edition menu available across its outlets in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Dehradun from 15th May to 17th June. Created as a complete summer edit, the menu brings together the flavours, textures, and moods that define the season, bright plates, comforting café-style indulgences, cooling desserts, fresh pairings, and easy all-day treats. From small bites and mains to bakes, desserts, and refreshing finishes, the spread captures summer the Deli way: familiar yet fresh, nostalgic yet playful, and designed for everything from a quick café stop to a long, unhurried meal.
A Fresh Start to the Table
The menu begins with plates that feel fresh and immediate. The Avo Mango Toast pairs sourdough with whipped ricotta cheese, fresh avocado, spicy mango mint salsa, and chilli crisp, making for a bright, creamy, and lightly spicy start to the meal. The Mango & Focaccia Panzanella brings mango, focaccia, roasted peppers, cucumber, basil, and mango vinaigrette into a bright, textured summer salad, with add-ons like burrata, avocado, prawns, smoked chicken, or crispy bacon.
Alongside these, the Not-Chicken Bolognese Spring Rolls offer crispy, Asian bolognese-style vegan spring rolls served with a mango mustard dip, while the Smoked Eggplant Moutabel brings citrus and fennel together, served with za’atar pita.
Light Mains, Bright with Mango
As the table settles in, the menu moves into dishes that balance comfort with the season’s lightness. The Roasted Zucchini & Stracciatella Pizza is finished with chilli and basil chimichurri, with the option to add grilled vegetables, seared prawns, or smoked chicken. The Paccheri with Smoked Pumpkin Crème is layered with chilli crisp oil, feta crumble, caramelised walnuts, rocket with the option to add grilled vegetables, seared prawns, or smoked chicken.
The Spicy Chickpea, Kale & Cottage Cheese Gratin brings together a gratinated crepe filled with spiced chickpea and kale stir-fry, topped with cottage cheese crumble and saffron cream. The Cottage Cheese Bánh Mi rounds off the mains with grilled cottage cheese, olive tapenade, pickled vegetables, raw mango slaw, herbs, and hot honey in a toasted baguette. Guests can also swap the cottage cheese for smoked chicken.
A Sweet, Easy Finish
Desserts keep things simple and seasonal. The Mango Coco Sundae brings together coconut ice cream topped with fresh mangoes, chia seeds, and caramelised nuts. The Choco Babka French Toast with Mango features chocolate babka French toast topped with fresh mangoes, granola, and whipped mascarpone, with the option to add house vanilla bean ice cream or house coconut ice cream.
