Nevron AI launches “Saarthi” to simplify renewable energy adoption for consumers and businesses

The multilingual AI platform helps farmers, FPOs, MSMEs, housing societies, and enterprises navigate solar, BESS, wind, subsidies, regulations, and financial decisions through phone calls and WhatsApp

Indore, 19th May 2026: Nevron AI, the artificial intelligence division of Nevron Group, has launched “Saarthi”, an AI-powered advisory platform designed to simplify renewable energy adoption across India. Available through phone calls, WhatsApp, and web interfaces, Saarthi helps users evaluate, understand, and adopt solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hybrid energy solutions in Hindi, English, and regional languages.

The platform is aimed at solving one of the largest but least-discussed barriers in India’s clean energy transition: the lack of accessible, reliable advisory infrastructure for consumers and businesses trying to adopt renewable energy systems.

While renewable energy adoption in India has accelerated significantly, navigating subsidies, state-specific regulations, DISCOM approvals, net metering frameworks, financing structures, and technology selection continues to remain complex. It is a daunting task particularly for farmers, MSMEs, housing societies, and small commercial establishments.

Saarthi has been built as a conversational AI agent capable of handling contextual, multi-step queries in natural language. Unlike rule-based chatbots, it understands free-form questions and responds with personalised recommendations based on the user’s profile, location, electricity consumption patterns, land holding, and business type.

The platform has been trained on India’s renewable energy ecosystem, including MNRE guidelines, PM-KUSUM schemes, PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, state-wise net metering regulations, open access frameworks, DISCOM procedures, BESS incentives, and power trading protocols.

Speaking about Saarthi, Bhavesh Patidar, Founder and CEO of Nevron Group, said, “The biggest obstacle to renewable energy adoption in India is the information gap. A business owner in Nagpur evaluating captive solar, a farmer in Vidisha exploring PM-KUSUM, or a housing society in Pune asking about virtual net metering — none of them have access to a trusted expert at the moment they need one. Saarthi is that expert, available 24 hours a day, in their language, for free.”

“The idea for Saarthi grew out of repeated conversations with users who wanted to adopt renewable energy but were unsure where to begin. We kept hearing the same concern in different forms. People were interested, but the process felt fragmented and difficult to understand. Saarthi is built to give them a clearer starting point,” he added.

Saarthi is designed to serve a wide range of users across India’s renewable energy ecosystem. For farmers and agri-landowners, it provides guidance on solar pumps, PM-KUSUM subsidies, and land monetisation opportunities through solar projects. MSMEs and industrial consumers can use the platform to assess rooftop solar, open access renewable energy procurement, hybrid systems, and long-term energy cost savings.

The platform also supports housing societies and apartment residents through guidance on virtual net metering and renewable power participation through exchanges such as Indian Energy Exchange and Power Exchange India Limited. Commercial establishments, real estate developers, EPC companies, and infrastructure operators can use Saarthi for technology evaluation, subsidy discovery, financial modelling, and regulatory navigation.

Among Saarthi’s core capabilities are system sizing recommendations, subsidy eligibility checks, payback and ROI calculations, DISCOM approval guidance, and various other capabilities to enable the user with the required information. Users can interact with Saarthi without downloading an app, and the voice platform is designed to function effectively even in low-bandwidth and rural network conditions.

At launch, Saarthi supports Hindi and English, with additional regional languages including Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Odia, and Malayalam being progressively enabled.

The launch of Saarthi reflects Nevron Group’s broader effort to combine industry experience with practical digital tools. Rather than treating information as a separate layer from execution, the company sees value in making the first conversation simpler and more useful.
