Shiprocket Quick’s New Campaign with Manoj Pahwa Turns Delayed Pickups into a High-Stakes, Humour-Led Brand Story

Titled “Toh Pehle Bata Deta”, the humour-led brand film highlights the uncertainty of local pickups, positioning Shiprocket Quick as a dependable delivery partner for businesses during the festive rush

New Delhi, 14th October 2026: Shiprocket, India’s leading commerce enablement platform, has unveiled a new brand film for Shiprocket Quick, its on-demand hyperlocal delivery service, featuring actor Manoj Pahwa. Built around the campaign thought of helping sellers never miss a moment, the film uses humour to bring out a familiar tension for local businesses: when a pickup is unpredictable, a seller can lose more than time. The campaign is rolling out across digital and social platforms ahead of the festive season, when businesses face higher order volumes and greater pressure to fulfil local orders quickly.

The film follows Pahwa as an electronics store owner whose daughter is getting married. As the celebrations move from the baraat to the phere and vidai, he remains preoccupied with a customer parcel waiting outside his shop for pickup. Pulled between an important family occasion and his responsibility to his customer, he keeps waiting for the courier rider, missing precious moments along the way. The story builds on the everyday uncertainty sellers can face when they cannot plan around a pickup.

The contrast arrives after the wedding, when a wedding planner urgently needs to send a box of sweets and books through Shiprocket Quick. A rider is assigned and arrives shortly after, prompting Pahwa’s exasperated reaction: “Toh pehle bata deta!” The film closes with the jingle, “Jhat se assign, phat se pick, local delivery with Shiprocket Quick,” bringing the campaign’s message to life through a memorable line and a clear service benefit.

Shiprocket Quick enables businesses to arrange local pickups and deliveries through a digital experience, particularly when a delivery is time-sensitive. By focusing on the uncertainty around waiting for a pickup, the campaign broadens the conversation beyond speed alone to the importance of dependable service and giving sellers greater confidence to manage urgent local deliveries. This becomes especially relevant during the festive period, when last-minute orders and customer expectations can put additional pressure on small businesses.

Speaking on the campaign, Kautilya, Senior Vice President and Head of Growth and Marketing at Shiprocket, said, “For many sellers, delivery delays are not just operational inconveniences, they can disrupt an entire day. With this film, we wanted to bring that insight to life through humour rather than simply talk about faster delivery. The story captures a situation many business owners will recognise: trying to be present for an important personal moment while work still demands their attention. Shiprocket Quick is built for moments when waiting is not an option, and this becomes even more relevant during the festive season, when speed and reliability matter the most.”

The agency representative, Ira G – Chief Creative Officer, Toaster INSEA, said, “A delayed delivery can disrupt operations, affect customer experience and add stress to a business owner’s day. We wanted to bring this real challenge to life through humour, using a wedding setting and Manoj Pahwa to take the chaos to an entertaining extreme. Shiprocket Quick fits naturally into the story, showing how technology can simplify everyday business operations.”

As part of the campaign rollout, Shiprocket Quick will also drive on-ground engagement across key wholesale markets in Delhi NCR in partnership with local trader communities, allowing sellers to experience the service during the festive rush.
