The Chozha Nadu Food Festival at Quattro, The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, Hotel Conventions Residences invites guests to rediscover Tamil Nadu’s culinary treasures through signature dishes, live counters, and indulgent desserts inspired by its storied traditions.

Bengaluru, 21st November 2025 – Quattro at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, Hotel Conventions  Residences presents the Chozha Nadu Food Festival, a curated celebration of Tamil Nadu’s rich culinary heritage. Spanning Chettinad’s bold spices, Madurai’s coastal influences, and the delicate flavours of Rameswaram and Pondicherry, the festival offers an immersive dining experience that pays homage to tradition while inviting guests to savour the soul of Tamil cuisine.

Leading this celebration is Chef Suresh Krishnaswamy, whose deep understanding of South Indian cuisine comes from a long and meaningful association with its traditions. Known for staying true to traditional recipes while giving them a modern yet understated touch, he brings a style that respects where each dish comes from. His understanding of regional flavours, shaped by years of steady practice, and his simple, hands-on approach add a quiet refinement to the festival, allowing each dish to stay truthful and closely connected to its origins

The menu begins with a selection of starters, including the Sundal Trio and Chettinad Spiced Chicken Salad, offering a glimpse into the richness of Tamil cuisine. At the live counters, guests can experience soft appams paired with Chettinad prawn masala and the Kothu Parotta featuring chicken or mutton, crafted with precision to capture the spirit of the region. Signature mains include Chettinad Mutton Kuzhambu and Madurai Meen Curry, accompanied by traditional temple-style rice such as Lemon Rice and Puliyodarai. The meal concludes with a carefully curated dessert selection from the Inippu Kadhaigal station, featuring Elaneer Payasam and Ragi Halwa, providing a memorable and indulgent finale that promises a dining experience not to be missed.

Set against Quattro’s warm, elegant setting, the Tamil Food Festival at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, Hotel Conventions Residences offers a heartfelt tribute to the culinary heritage of Chozha Nadu – crafted with care, respect, and an invitation to savour the moment. –
