AdCounty Media India Ltd. appointed Mr. Tarun Kumar as the Director – Human Resources. Tarun will head the company’s people strategy, talent development initiatives, organizational effectiveness programs, and culture initiatives which in turn will support AdCounty Media’s growth ambitions as it continues to strengthen its global footprints.
In collaboration with the leadership team, he will drive improvements in areas such as talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational design, and HR transformation that support the creation of a workforce prepared for the future and aligned with the company’s long-term business goals. Also Tarun will play a key role in improving the people-centric culture at AdCounty Media and strive to create an environment which supports employee growth, collaboration and success.
With nearly two decades of experience in the digital media industry, Tarun brings extensive expertise in developing and running successful, high-impact HR functions within dynamic and fast-paced organisations. He has been a key contributor to the growth of his organizations through HR initiatives that are aligned with the company’s business strategy or goals.

Across these organizations, he worked very closely with CXOs and other business leaders to develop talent strategies, lead large scale organizational transformation programs, build leadership pipelines, and improve workforce productivity.

Tarun’s commercial acumen and execution focus have helped him develop agile, high-performance future-ready organisations that continually create measurable impacts for businesses.
