In this role, Menon will lead the company’s marketing function, driving brand strategy, consumer engagement and growth across Art of Time and CIRCA, the group’s bridge-to-luxury retail portfolio.
The appointment comes as Art of Time continues to strengthen its presence in India’s fast-growing luxury watch market through strategic retail expansion, including the launch of TimeVallée boutiques in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad, while broadening the reach of its Art of Time and CIRCA formats. Catering to a growing base of affluent, aspirational and first-time luxury consumers, the company is well positioned to serve evolving demand across diverse price segments and geographies.
With over 12 years of experience across consumer, telecom and automotive sectors, Ashwin brings a strong blend of strategic marketing expertise, brand-building acumen and growth leadership to Art of Time. Throughout his career, he has led marketing transformations, strengthened consumer engagement and driven business growth across leading brands. Before joining Art of Time, he was Head of Marketing at Enrich Beauty, a WestBridge Capital-backed venture. He has also held key leadership positions at Vodafone Idea and Tata Motors, bringing extensive experience in scaling brands and delivering customer-centric growth strategies.
