AFC Furniture Solutions Bets Big on Andhra-Telangana Corridor, Eyes 20% Revenue on Commercial Realty Boom

Hyderabad, 28th May, 2026: AFC Furniture Solutions, India’s fastest-growing manufacturers of modular and ergonomic office furniture, has announced aggressive expansion plans in the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana markets. Capitalising on the skyrocketing demand for Grade-A commercial office spaces, the company aims to significantly deepen its penetration in this southern corridor, targeting a consolidated revenue contribution of 20% from the two states by the next fiscal year.

The expansion aligns with an unprecedented surge in the region’s commercial real estate. Hyderabad’s office stock has already surpassed 123 million square feet, contributing nearly 12% to the national office market, driven largely by the IT, BFSI, and Global Capability Centre (GCC) sectors. Simultaneously, Andhra Pradesh is emerging as a high-potential greenfield destination, with Visakhapatnam and the Amaravati capital region witnessing a realty renaissance fueled by mega investments from Google, Reliance, and the upcoming Bhogapuram International Airport. AFC is positioning itself to be the turnkey furniture partner for this influx of Fortune 500 companies and unicorn startups.

To support its expanding roster of corporate clients, AFC has strengthened its on-ground presence with a state-of-the-art, 5,000-square-foot experience centre in Hyderabad’s Banjara Hills. This growth mirrors AFC’s national trajectory, where its 4 lakh sq. ft. manufacturing facility produces over 18,000 workstations and chairs monthly for clients like ICICI, TCS, T-Mobile, SR University Warangal, WNS, Genpact.

“The Andhra-Telangana belt isn’t just a market for us; it is a microcosm of the new India workspace,” said Thongram Singh, Country Head, AFC Furniture Solutions. “With Hyderabad capturing over 40% of new greenfield GCCs and Vizag transforming into a data center hub, clients here demand speed without compromising on global ESG mandates. Our playbook is ready.”

The company’s demonstrable expertise in sustainable solutions remains a critical differentiator. A case in point is AFC’s landmark fit-out for the Noida International Airport, where the company deployed over 6,000 low-emission furniture units across one lakh square metres. The workstations, boasting a 66% recyclability rate and a cradle-to-gate carbon footprint of just 115.43 kg CO2e, helped reduce interior emissions from a standard 20% to less than 5%, aligning with the airport’s net-zero ambitions.

“The Noida Airport project was our proof of concept that large-scale infrastructure can be both operationally robust and radically sustainable,” Singh added. “We are bringing that same zero-compromise engineering to our corporate projects in Hyderabad and Vizag, where global firms are actively seeking to lower Scope 3 emissions through their fit-outs.” As hybrid models evolve and Grade-A vacancy rates tighten, AFC is poised to turn the region’s real estate boom into a blueprint for responsible workplace design.
