He was inducted into the Board in December 2025. This strategic appointment brings deep expertise in capital markets, enterprise strategy, fundraising, and global expansion, further strengthening the company’s leadership as it enters its next phase of growth.

His extensive experience in navigating complex financial and strategic landscapes is expected to add significant value to AION-Tech’s expansion roadmap.
He began his professional journey at Unicon, where he established and led the High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) trading desk, and later founded Fortune Finderz Capital Advisory, a boutique investment banking firm focused on capital raising, strategic investments, and institutional partnerships. As a founder, he has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial leadership in building and scaling advisory platforms. He has also served on the boards of listed and unlisted companies in India and overseas, bringing deep expertise in corporate governance, strategic oversight, and long-term value creation.
In his role as Whole-Time Director at AION-Tech Solutions, Chanakya will oversee the company’s strategy, vision, fundraising, strategic partnerships, and global growth initiatives.
