Using Aadhaar-based KYC authentication, customers can complete the process online. Whether you’re looking for a prepaid or postpaid plan, or even want to port your existing number to Airtel, the options are all available.
To ensure a seamless experience, Airtel provides an activation video and online support through the Airtel Thanks App. New customers can also reach out to the helpline at 9810012345 for assistance. However, it’s important to activate the SIM within 15 days of delivery to avoid service disruption.
This innovative service is currently available in cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Chennai, among others, with plans to expand to more locations in the near future.
