New Delhi, June 17, 2025: Alpex Solar Ltd (ALPEXSOLAR), a leading manufacturer of high-precision solar PV modules and systems, has announced the appointment of Ms. Udaya Sehgal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel. She succeeds Mr. Amit Ghai, who has resigned due to personal reasons. The company also welcomed Mr. L.K. Dhamija, a seasoned banking professional with over four decades of experience, to its leadership team.
A finance professional with global exposure, Ms. Sehgal holds degrees from King’s College London and Imperial College London. She brings extensive experience from her previous roles as Manager at ByteDance (TikTok’s parent company) and Senior Executive at HT Media Ltd. Her expertise in strategic financial management, operations, and cross-functional leadership will be pivotal in driving Alpex Solar’s financial strategy as the company expands its manufacturing and market presence.
Mr. L.K. Dhamija, a veteran of State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, and IndusInd Bank, specializes in wholesale banking, risk assessment, and business development. An MBA in Finance from FMS, Delhi, and an Associate Member of ICSI, he is renowned for his strategic acumen and forward-thinking approach, making him a valuable asset to Alpex Solar’s growth journey.
