Mumbai, 17th April, 2023: Ayushakti, one of the leading and most trusted Ayurvedic health centres around the world has successfully wrapped the second year of its Ayurveda course 3-Year Healing PATH (Practitioner Training in Ancient Healing Secrets of Siddha-Veda).

Conducted during the week of World Health Day, the course was attended by 45 students across 18 different countries including the UK, USA, Europe, Australia, Africa, Germany, New York, Qatar, and more. This diverse group of students came together for a week-long transformative on-ground training experience which took place in Mumbai across various locations.

Along with providing an enriching experience at their Malad centre of Ayushakti, the students were also taken to Herbal Forest at Keshavshrishti, for a more inspiring and real experience. The seminars and workshops were all conducted at The Resort in Malad. This year the course was headed by the Education Head of Ayushakti, Dr. Hemang Parekh along with 33 Ayushakti doctors from Mumbai & Goa.

The PATH course was launched last year and is in collaboration with the Ancient Secrets Foundation, St. Elisabeth University (Berlin) to spread awareness on Ayurveda and healing techniques, it teaches the young generation the age-old ancient lineage of pulse reading and marma. It is open to all students and participants across the globe, who are keen on learning Ayurveda methods and healing techniques.

Speaking on the successful completion of the second year, Dr. Smita Pankaj Naram, Co-Founder, Ayushakti said, “To pass on the right knowledge of our ancient Ayurveda, it’s important to conduct educative sessions. I am glad I have this opportunity to do so. As an Ayurveda practitioner, my life’s work is to assist millions of people all over the world and heal them. The only way to achieve this is by educating individuals who are inclined towards similar life ideologies.”

“The entire team has done a great job in the successful completion of the second year and we look forward to the coming year, wherein we can offer more treatments and a deeper in-depth knowledge of Ayurveda in the right manner”, she further added.

Dr. Hemang Parekh, Education Head of Ayushakti said, “In the second-year students focussed on learning deeper Ayurveda and had more practical experiences versus the first year, which was more basic and fundamental. They started diagnosis through the pulse. They learnt many Panchkarma treatments like leach therapy and agni Karma therapy along with learning about different herbs by identifying and understanding their purposes. This allows them to start practising more intensively. I am grateful to be a part of this opportunity to spread this idea of healing all over the world. We can bring this idea with unseen secrets to every heart on this planet. Through this, we are able to help people reduce their sufferings.”
