BANKIT Becomes FindiBANKIT in Strategic Rebrand

Reinforcing commitment to financial inclusion with expanded services and vision

New Delhi, 08 July 2025: BANKIT, a prominent fintech company focused on financial inclusion, announced its rebranding to FindiBANKIT. This new identity aligns with its parent company FINDI Ltd., an Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: FND) listed entity, and reflects FindiBANKIT’s broadened vision and expanded capabilities in the financial services landscape.

 

The rebranding comes in the wake of FINDI’s acquisition of BANKIT Services Pvt. Ltd. earlier this year through its subsidiary Transaction Solutions International (India) Pvt. Ltd. The strategic move brings together BANKIT’s expansive retail agent network and FINDI’s robust infrastructure, including its White Label ATM business acquired from Tata Communications.

FindiBANKIT’s services now span across Domestic Money Transfer, Aadhaar-enabled Payments, MicroATM, Prepaid Cards, Recharges, Bharat Bill Pay, Insurance, Travel & Stay, and Cash Management (CMS), along with enhanced offerings through the deployment of Findi ATM (White Label ATMs) and Banking Correspondent services of various banks at the last mile.

 

With a network of over 2 lakh+ outlets, a footprint across 15,000+ pin codes, and operations in 28 states, the rebranded entity is poised to further drive financial access in rural and semi-urban India.
