There is a lot of developments are taking place in the field of science and technology nowadays. Technology is growing faster and faster with time. Data is also a part of current technology and we can see enormous growth in data science. It is expanding day by day. Data scientists are obsessed with data and numbers. These data scientists can help the business field to a greater extend. The collection and use of collected data from various sources are in multiple formats such as- structured, unstructured, and scattered and this data can be from any web traffic and social network comments.

Countries do not need new data analytics now but proper training and guidance for the existing workforce are what all needed for efficient mining and analysis of the collected data from different sources. Data can be applied not only to business but also to industries like sports, e-commerce, advertising, research, and politics. Those analyses of data would help to arrive at new decisions and discover new ideas.

This would gradually lead to the birth of big data, which is used to refer to the emerging trend of disruptive modern technology for a new approach to understand the entire world and would also help in making exact and useful decisions for the progression in the future.

Computers can process the existing data in different forms such as in the form of words, images, audios, and videos. And it will not take a lot of time to do the process. Thus sometimes the result may not come up to the expectation of the user and it happens because most of the data is rendered unprocessed here.

Big data can be made useful through the artificial Intelligence technique like pattern recognition, machine learning algorithms, natural – natural language processing. Computerized mapping and analysis of variables like rainfall, spotting events, historical arrest patterns, paydays are the systems used by police departments across the country. Big data finds application in this pandemic also, help to find hotspots, previous airline routes, route maps and would forecast the epicentres of next pandemic waves. Big data has a huge potential because future technologies feed on data.
