The growth was driven by strong demand across costumes, masks, wigs, party decor and confectionery, as Indian consumers increasingly embraced Halloween as part of their festive calendar.
Costumes and accessories saw the highest traction, growing over 500% year-on-year, with themed decor and lighting witnessing a 400% rise. The trend was prominent among families in metros such as Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad, where communities hosted Halloween parties and Trick-or-Treat events.
India’s Halloween got sweeter with the chocolate and confectionery category soaring 136% year – on – year.
