Held at BITS Pilani’s Hyderabad Campus, this event celebrated a successful industry-academia partnership where RDC Concrete employees completed a program designed to enhance their management and leadership skills without career interruption. The curriculum equipped these graduates with business acumen directly applicable to the construction materials industry, focusing on manufacturing strategy, operations excellence, supply chain management, and leadership.
Following the program’s success, BITS Pilani WILP and RDC Concrete have already launched the second cohort, reaffirming their commitment to developing future leaders. Furthermore, enrolments have commenced for a B. Tech programme, offering more professionals pathways to higher education while continuing their careers.
