Launched in 2016, Founders Ankur Madan, Rajat Bawa and Shreh Madan brought to the brand an expansive cumulative experience of nearly four decades in the hospitality sector. The idea of launching Burgrill germinated when the trio met for a meal, only to realize gourmet burgers were limited to the high-end luxe places in metro cities and were predominantly fatty and unhealthy. Bridging the gap in
the market, they turned pioneers in economically priced, nutritious gourmet burgers with healthier alternatives and products which are cooked fresh.
Under their leadership and guidance, Burgrill since its inception has ventured out of its comfort zone and launched over 30+ outlets in more than 15+ cities in India, rapidly growing in the northern states. The eatery caters to the needs of today’s youth, offering gourmet grilled burgers and delectable sides without breaking the bank. (Reaching 50 stores by the end of 2022).
