It has been convenient for us to think about the inevitable technical development as robotics is continuously expanding its role into warehouses, offices, and households, artificial intelligence and it is also a part of daily life in a variety of sectors. Thus, in a few years, automation will play a significant and crucial role in almost all sectors like in factories, workplaces, homes and moreover, artificial intelligence will become a part of our day-to-day life. There are some machines that are empowered with the ability to observe work, copy by observing the work, and complete the task similarly.

But the most essential factor for us to consider is that, should humans accept this change or should they fear it? To get a brief clarity on this aspect, many AI Data scientist including academicians, business leaders, and students have placed their views. But most of them are concern about job losses as an impact of AI.

It is tough to accept the fact that AI is replacing humans in various jobs, but the reality is the fact that most of those jobs are almost impossible or extremely hefty for the human to accomplish. AI will have a positive impact that it will create more jobs than replacing it as the business and companies will get an opportunity to expand themselves to different areas and sectors of business with the help of technology and AI. Though it is tough to accept this fact, especially for the young aspirants who are more pessimistic of their prospects which shows there is a significant rise in AI-enabled inequality and social cohesion.

Even if the world changes towards the AI-driven future then also humans will be valuable for the organization because they will deliver the value that machines can’t. Moreover, professors and scientists say that humans are far more better than this general intelligence. The most impactful example is that AIs are designed to solve the critical problems but if any new issue is generated, then it has to be reprogrammed again, which essentially needs human intervention. Amidst all the hypes, we can’t ignore the fact that machines and AI are designed by the humans themselves. Instances and evidence show that this could be achieved only by human’s creativity. This also helps to generate a transparent process where employees’ reviews can be understood and also resolved with the decisions made by the AI system which is a great source of employment.

The quality of AI depends on the inputs given and the output is typically based on the input. Therefore, it is evident that technology enables human advancement and also creates a permanent change in the way we live and work now. It will create those things which our older generation never thought of but exist and will continue throughout the generations. But humans won’t be a conflict with AI rather it would replicate us. AI will replace the same as the computers did.
