Sony BBC Earth’s latest offering, ‘Life off the leash’ pilot is set to be aired on Monday, May 31 at 10 PM. Presented by GoPro, the 120-day wanderlust covering 20 states will bring alive unfiltered adventure stories from varied terrains and untouched locations.

The unparalleled, self-shot travelogue is a virtual treat for pet parents and lovers, who would love to watch the hosts and their furry friends embark on a journey covering iconic locations including, the shallow turquoise waters of Kerala, the French colony of Pondicherry, ‘Abode of Clouds’- Meghalaya and the snowclad Himalayas. From waterfall hunting to kayaking, the adventure series has a truckload of exciting stories from the 12,500 km trip coming your way.

With a bucketload of dog food in their car, pet parents and show hosts Tanveer Taj and Priyanka Jena are on a mission to pack a pocket full of memories in their backpacks. India is a pet-friendly place and the quartet are set to inspire millions of Indians to “explore this beautiful country and its people with their furry companions.”

As a part of the month-long digital influencer marketing campaign, Sony BBC Earth is curating a pet-friendly hamper comprising of video capsules for pet parent influencers. This will serve as a guidebook filled with tips and hacks for travelling with pets in India. Additionally, the channel will be hosting Instagram LIVEs featuring hosts in conversation with pet parent influencers from the GoPro community.

The channel has also created an experiential AR filter on Instagram and Facebook that allows users to embark on a virtual trip with furry dogs across 3 landscapes. With online contests, polls, dog gifs, quizzes and memes planned; the promotional campaign aims to drive user engagement during the premiere week.
