Mumbai & New Delhi, November 28, 2025: Cipla Limited (BSE: 500087; NSE: CIPLA; and hereafter referred to as “Cipla”) today announced the launch of Cipla’s first Breathefree Lung Wellness Center in Lajpat Nagar in New Delhi. This will be India’s first-of-its-kind integrated lung diagnostics and wellness center, set to redefine respiratory care by making world-class, advanced standardised lung diagnostics both accessible and affordable for doctors and patients across the country.
Respiratory diseases have been on the rise in India, with millions remaining undiagnosed or misdiagnosed due to limited access to advanced pulmonary function testing and comprehensive diagnostic infrastructure in the respiratory domain. The Breathefree Lung Wellness Center is designed to be a one-stop solution for comprehensive lung health diagnostics, leveraging Cipla’s decades of expertise and commitment to respiratory diseases and health. The center brings together cutting-edge technology, globally recognised diagnostic protocols, and a team of highly trained technical professionals who perform tests with precision, enabling doctors to detect respiratory diseases early and accurately.
The center will provide a comprehensive gamut of over 60 tests covering lung physiology, microbiology, immunology, blood chemistry and radiology. The aim is to enable a more comprehensive evaluation of the lungs for patients suspected of having a respiratory disease or those already diagnosed with a lung condition – ranging from common diseases like Asthma and COPD to more complex ones such as interstitial lung diseases
(ILD). Tests include Spirometry, Oscillometry, FeNO, DLCO, Body Plethysmography, FnNO, CPET, X-Ray and CT scan, sleep studies, etc. which will be conducted by highly trained technicians to eliminate errors and inconsistencies. In addition, the center will also provide pulmonary nutrition and rehabilitation services, and counselling for smoking cessation to aid patients on their rehabilitation journeys. The center is now open and
currently welcoming patients through referrals from clinicians, offering the highest standards in respiratory diagnostics and care.

Beyond being a holistic lung wellness center, it aims to become an extensive training center for health care professionals on the latest diagnostic methodologies and get them certified. There will also be opportunities for conducting research to advance respiratory science.
