Drawing inspiration from the kitchens of Kerala, Karnataka, Goa, Konkan, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Bengal, the brunch showcases a spread of regional favourites, seafood specialties and traditional recipes from across the country’s shoreline.
