Pune 23, April, 2026: Conrad Pune, Hilton’s flagship luxury hotel appoints Subhadeep Saha as its Room Division Manager. Working for over 12+ years across Hilton’s multiple brands and locations and with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Subhadeep brings expertise in guest service, team leadership and operational excellence to his new role.
In his most recent role, he oversaw Front office and Health club operations in a high-volume MICE environment. During his tenure, he drove consistent improvements in loyalty engagement, guest satisfaction score and online reputation rankings, while strengthening overall service delivery.
Prior to this, Subhadeep spent over a decade with Hilton, holding key roles across properties including DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru, Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum and Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks. His long-standing association with the brand has built a strong foundation of operational standards, guest expectations and cross functional leadership within the Hilton ecosystem.
At Conrad Pune, Subhadeep will oversee Room Divisions as well as well as Wellness and Leisure operations, focusing on strengthening day-to-day operations, enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring seamless experiences across the hotel’s 351 rooms, seven renowned dining outlets, nine versatile meeting spaces and a dedicated lifestyle floor.
