National, August 13, 2026: Black Box Limited (BSE: 500463 | NSE: BBOX), a leading provider of digital infrastructure solutions, today announced that it has secured a US$131 million (~₹1,240 crore) order with a new U.S.-based global Tier-1 hyperscaler for a major data centre project in the U.S.
The win marks a significant breakthrough for Black Box in the U.S. hyperscaler market, adding a net-new marquee customer to its growing hyperscaler portfolio. It builds on the Company’s existing work with leading global hyperscalers and further strengthens the data centre industry as a key growth engine for Black Box.
The engagement was secured following a sustained and focused pursuit of the opportunity, supported by strong leadership engagement, deep domain expertise and a differentiated value proposition. Black Box demonstrated its ability to support the customer’s large-scale infrastructure requirements through detailed planning and a phased delivery approach, providing a clear roadmap for execution at scale.
Under the engagement, Black Box will deliver work at a key location in the U.S. over approximately a three year period, with further expansion expected in due course.
