Mumbai, 10th July 2026: JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) represented Le Travenues Technology Limited (“Ixigo”) in relation to its acquisition of majority stake in Brevistay Hospitality Private Limited (“Brevistay”). Brevistay has built India’s largest ϐlexible stay hotel network platform that enables short-duration and overnight hotel bookings. As part of the transaction, JSA provided end-to-end support in relation to transaction including conducting legal due diligence on Brevistay, negotiating and ϐinalizing the transaction documents and providing assistance with pre-closing actions.
