New Delhi, India, June 16, 2025: DEE Development Engineers Limited (DDEL), a leading provider of advanced process piping, has announced the elevation of Ms. Shruti Aggarwal as a Whole-Time Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 14 April 2025.
She is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning, and compliance, while also supporting operational decision-making through data-driven insights. Under this role as Whole Time Director, Ms. Shruti will also continue to serve on the boards of Malwa Power Private Limited and DEE Fabricom India Private Limited, contributing to strategic direction and financial governance across the group.

With over 13 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, operations, and management reporting, she brings a strong track record of aligning finance with business goals. Alongside her new role as a Whole-Time Director, she is part of the promoter group of the company and has been associated with DEE since 2011, having served most recently as Vice President (Operations).

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (ICFAI), Tripura, and has completed a PGDM (Finance) from Shri Ram Institute of Management.
