Hyderabad, January 30, 2026 — Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad sets the stage for a bold culinary collaboration as Delhi’s celebrated grill destination, GOAT by Chef Gaurav Sircar, takes over the picturesque Mazzo rooftop for a limited nine-night pop-up from February 6–14, 2026. This exciting partnership brings together the best of both worlds: GOAT’s signature charcoal-fired cooking and Mazzo’s expertly crafted cocktails, all set against Hyderabad’s skyline.

Known for its robust flavours and charcoal-fired cooking, GOAT makes its first major foray outside Delhi, bringing signature dishes that have made it a Delhi favourite. Chef Gaurav Sircar, renowned for his expertise in traditional grilling methods with contemporary flair, brings his philosophy that good food should make you stop talking mid-sentence. 

Mazzo’s open-air rooftop provides the perfect canvas for this collaboration. With uninterrupted city views and a relaxed ambience, the venue becomes an ideal setting where smoke, spice, and sky converge. More than just a beautiful backdrop, Mazzo brings its own signature element to the experience: an impressive cocktail programme designed to complement the charcoal-fired flavours.

“Hyderabad understands spice and respects flavour, which makes it the perfect city for our first big pop-up outside Delhi,” says Chef Gaurav Sircar. “Add Mazzo’s rooftop energy and Marriott’s hospitality, and you have something truly special.”

Ashwin Vaidya, General Manager of Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad, shares the vision behind this collaboration: “Mazzo has always been about experimentation and bringing fresh perspectives to Hyderabad’s dining scene. While the city has a rich tradition of grills rooted in Nizami cuisine, this collaboration introduces a different interpretation—Delhi’s bold, charcoal-forward approach paired with our craft cocktail expertise. We’re creating an experience that honours both traditions while offering something entirely new.”

The menu balances vegetarian and non-vegetarian highlights, from Grilled Corn Ribs and Mushroom Skewers to Chicken and Lamb Skewers, Grilled Wings, Roast Chicken, and Slow-Braised Mutton Ribs. Vegetarian mains such as Confit Portobello and Grilled Aubergine with Harissa and Tahini complete the spread.

Guests can begin with Avocado Brûlée or Roasted Beetroot Salad paired with Mazzo’s Zafrani Qubani Royale, while spice lovers will appreciate Harissa Roasted Potatoes alongside the smoky, citrus-led Amber Diwan.
