Dentsu Creative has announced global leadership positions.


The names of key members of DENTSU CREATIVE’s global leadership team have been revealed. Andrea Terrassa, Global Chief Operating Officer, Iván Czwan Altobelli, Global Chief Creative Officer Julie Scelzo, and Global Clients President Jon Dupuis have all been named.

They are tasked with establishing and maintaining a culture of creativity through operational excellence, attracting and retaining world-class talent, and ensuring seamless collaboration, in order to ensure that clients realize the full potential of Modern Creativity, DENTSU CREATIVE’s expanded capabilities, and bold ambition.

“We are on a mission to build the creative network of the future,” said Dentsu International Chief Creative Officer Fred Levron. Iván is the best in the business at hiring the brightest young people, and Andrea is unquestionably the best at designing new structures and processes. Julie and Jon are a dynamic duo who will deliver the most enticing offer to meet the needs of international customers and attract more of them. We are building for change because, as the saying goes, “If you don’t like change, you won’t like irrelevance.”

Andrea joined Dentsu International in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer for 360i and has served as Chief Operating Officer of DENTSU CREATIVE Americas since 2021, where she played a key role in the organizational and transformation efforts to move from 11 agency brands to three.

Dupuis will collaborate with DENTSU CREATIVE’s global leadership teams to provide clients with powerful integrated solutions to achieve bold new executions that connect with the broadest possible audience in contextually relevant ways. The key to accomplishing this will be to use data and technology to connect the right global talent with the right global client briefs and to build teams that reflect the modern world. Dupuis joined Dentsu in 2017 as Global Managing Director for dentsuMB and was promoted to Global President and CEO in 2019.
