Gurugram, 27th March, 2026—DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square is pleased to announce the appointment of Naveen Raaj as the Operations Manager. With more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Naveen delivers exceptional guest experiences and provides good quality results.
Naveen established himself as a service excellence leader at Hilton Hotels & Resorts throughout India by achieving consistent guest satisfaction results. His professional journey demonstrates a strong grasp of hospitality standards and a genuine passion for crafting meaningful, memorable guest experiences.
Before taking on his current position, Naveen worked at Conrad Pune as the Rooms Division Manager, where he successfully improved both guest experience and service performance. He also continues to serve in the role of Regional Quality Champion for South Asia Hilton Hotels. Beginning his career as an associate with Hilton Chennai, he grew up the ladder and contributed significantly to developing service standards and improving hotel operations at Conrad Pune, DoubleTree Ahmedabad, and DoubleTree Suites Bangalore. Naveen has also completed Hilton’s SHINE Leadership Development Programme, which is recognized as the university’s most prestigious training program.
He has won multiple industry awards, including Director of Rooms of the Year 2025 for Luxury Hotels in India by Hotelier India, and was also a top contender/finalist for Director of Rooms of the Year 2025 for Luxury Hotels by BW Hotelier India, and Front Office Manager of the Year 2024 for Luxury Hotel by Hotelier India. In addition, he received the title of “Leader of the Year 2024” at Conrad Pune and “Manager of the Year 2020” at Hilton Chennai.
