Visakhapatnam, April 28, 2026: Andhra University today conferred the prestigious Centenary Distinguished Alumni Award upon Dr. BVR Mohan Reddy, Founder Chairman of Cyient, in recognition of his outstanding achievements and global contributions to the engineering and technology sectors.
The award was presented during the University’s landmark Centenary Event Celebrations, held in the presence of Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan, Hon’ble Vice-President of India, along with other eminent dignitaries.
Instituted as part of the University’s “Century of Excellence” celebrations, the Centenary Distinguished Alumni Award honours exceptional alumni whose accomplishments have brought distinction and pride to the institution. Dr. Mohan Reddy was selected from among thousands of graduates as one of the most illustrious alumni, reflecting his visionary leadership and enduring impact on industry and society.
