National,19th January 2026: Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), a leading FMCG conglomerate and multi-business corporation, today announced the appointment of Mr. Subrat Chakravarty as CHRO, Corporate. He will spearhead the Human Resource Department of DS Group and lead the people and process transformation agenda of the organization.
Mr. Subrat Chakravarty brings over three decades of extensive and diverse human resources experience across leading global organizations. A strategic HR transformation leader with a deep understanding of global HR operations, talent management and organizational design, he has worked with companies including HCL Technologies, Aon Hewitt, L&T Infotech, IPCL and Bata India. His leadership has focused on aligning people, purpose and performance for sustainable growth, while integrating HR technology, data analytics and human judgment in strategic decision-making.

Mr. Chakravarty holds a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi.
