On Wednesday, 14th May from 9 PM onwards, the spotlight turns to none other than Calum Laird, Pernod Ricard’s Gin Portfolio Brand Ambassador in India, who will be gracing the city with a spirited evening of inventive cocktails, bold botanicals, and unforgettable conversations—all crafted around Pernod Ricard’s premium gin collection.
Guests can sip their way through five signature, one-night-only cocktails featuring refined expressions like Beefeater, Beefeater Pink, Malfy Con Limone, Monkey 47, and Ki No Bi—each served with flair and a story to tell.
Expect creations like the Pink Gin Spritz—a floral, bubbly lift made with Beefeater Pink, elderflower, lemon, and sparkling wine. The La Dolce Vita Smash blends garden-fresh basil, citrus, and Malfy Con Limone with a silky touch of olive oil. The Starfruit Bramble reimagines the classic with a tangy tropical twist, featuring Monkey 47 gin, lime, starfruit, and crème de mûre. The Kyoto Queen, a citrus-forward yuzu gimlet with Ki No Bi Gin, brings a Japanese elegance to the glass. Rounding out the line-up is the indulgent Lychee Negroni, marrying lychee syrup with bold Beefeater botanicals and Campari for a bittersweet, fruity finish.
