Farmley introduces Advance Payout Policy to promote financial well-being and employee empowerment

Farmley launches Advance Payout Policy to redefine salary access and strengthen employee financial well-being

New Delhi, December 10, 2025: Farmley, India’s leading healthy snacking brand, has introduced a new Advance Payout Policy, aimed at improving financial flexibility and well-being among its employees. The new policy allows employees to access their salaries at the beginning of the month moving away from the conventional end-of-month pay structure and providing greater autonomy over personal financial planning.

The initiative forms part of Farmley’s ongoing efforts to build a people-centric, progressive workplace under its broader “People First” agenda. This framework focuses on enhancing the overall employee experience through flexible work options, continuous learning, and comprehensive wellness programmes. With the pilot phase already witnessing encouraging participation and positive feedback, the company plans to further evaluate and refine the policy to ensure alignment with evolving employee needs.

Commenting on the initiative, Meha Teotia, Vice President – Human Resources, Farmley, said, “It’s a progressive step towards financial freedom for our employees. It puts control directly in their hands allowing them to access earnings when they need them most, instead of waiting for payday. By removing the rigidity of the traditional pay cycle, we’re building a workplace where flexibility, trust, and employee empowerment go hand in hand.”

Akash Sharma, Co-founder, Farmley, added, “We view financial well-being as an essential part of an employee’s holistic growth. By introducing early salary access, we are bridging a critical gap in financial agility, ensuring that our people have the resources they need when they need them. Initiatives like this reinforce our belief that when employees feel secure and supported, the entire organisation benefits.”

Through this policy, Farmley aims to address short-term liquidity challenges employees often face, while encouraging a culture of trust, empowerment, and shared accountability. The company believes such forward-looking workplace innovations are key to sustaining employee engagement and fostering long-term organisational growth.
