Findability Sciences Wins ‘Best Use of AI in Agriculture’ at the ET Enterprise AI Awards 2026

Recognition affirms the impact of AI Factory for Agriculture™ in advancing food security and sustainable farming, from India to Central America

MUMBAI / BOSTON, September 18, 2026: Findability Sciences, a global Applied AI and Data Logistics company, has been named the winner in the Best Use of AI in Agriculture category at the 2nd Edition of the ET Enterprise AI Awards 2026. At the centre of this recognition is AI Factory for Agriculture™, Findability Sciences’ proprietary platform and methodology that turns fragmented field and factory data into a single, continuously intelligent operating system, one built to strengthen farmer livelihoods, protect yields and support food security at scale.

Over the past twelve months, deployments have delivered a 20–40% improvement in operational visibility across field and factory workflows, 10–30% irrigation optimisation potential per season, and 5–15% energy and steam optimisation potential, translating into an estimated financial impact of Rs. 3.8–18.9 crore per season, depending on intervention and operation size, alongside measurable gains in water stewardship and input-use efficiency. More than 150 users across multiple geographies have been trained on the platform, with user adoption exceeding 90% among those trained.

“AI in agriculture has value only when it improves a decision while there is still time to change the outcome. A missed signal in the field can become lower yield, reduced recovery and, at scale, real pressure on food security,” said Anand Mahurkar, Founder and CEO, Findability Sciences. “With AI Factory for Agriculture™, we are connecting farmers, agronomists and operational teams through one intelligence layer that helps them anticipate risk, act earlier and farm more sustainably. This award validates our belief that the real measure of AI is not the sophistication of the technology, but its ability to create more value, more responsibly, from every hectare and every tonne of produce.”

In India, Findability Sciences is the technology partner for Jalna District’s precision agriculture programme and its Super 50 AI Farmers initiative, which brings AI-based crop intelligence directly to sugarcane farmers in Maharashtra. The company has also been selected for support under the Government of Maharashtra’s Maha Agri-AI Policy 2025–2029.

“Agriculture does not reward AI for being impressive. It rewards AI for being right, on time and useful at the plot level and at the mill, every season,” said Kavita G. Rao, Global Chief Marketing Officer, Findability Sciences. “That is the standard our Agri AI team has set for itself. This recognition from ET is a strong affirmation that meaningful innovation is measured by the outcomes it creates for farmers, for agricultural enterprises, and for food security more broadly.”

The ET Enterprise AI Awards recognise organisations, innovators and technology providers making AI work in real-world applications. Entries undergo eligibility review and independent jury evaluation before the finalists are presented to a Grand Jury for winner selection.
