Finfinity Goes Live with API- Powered Instant Income-Based Home Loan Journey

Mumbai, India | August 12, 2026: Finfinity, India’s trusted digital lending marketplace, today announced the successful rollout of its Instant Income-Based Home Loan Journey in partnership with India’s leading private sector bank. The solution enables eligible customers to receive an Income-Based In-Principle (provisional) Sanction letter within 10 minutes.

Customers begin their home loan journey on the Finfinity app by selecting the partner bank as their preferred lender. Leveraging Finfinity’s deep API integrations, the platform securely retrieves and evaluates key financial information, including income details, CIBIL score, existing EMI obligations, and other eligibility parameters in real-time. This enables the bank’s automated credit decisioning engine to digitally evaluate customer eligibility without manual intervention, creating a faster and more seamless home loan journey.

Speaking about the launch, Pradeep Chauhan, Founder, Finfinity, said, “The home loan journey has traditionally involved multiple manual steps that delay customers from getting the clarity they need. By digitising the home loan journey, we’re enabling eligible customers to understand their borrowing capacity earlier, making home financing faster, simpler, and more transparent.”

Traditionally, obtaining an initial home loan approval has involved multiple manual verification steps, often taking several days and, in many cases, up to two weeks. By digitising this process, Finfinity significantly reduces turnaround time while giving customers immediate visibility into their home loan eligibility.

Vijay Kadam, Co-Founder, Finfinity added: “With the help of our in-house core technology capabilities, we’ve enabled deep API integrations and automated credit decisioning to digitise the eligibility assessment process. This has reduced manual intervention and accelerated the home loan approval journey for eligible customers.”

Receiving an Income-Based In-Principle Sanction Letter early in the home-buying journey gives customers clarity on the loan amount they are eligible for. This helps them shortlist properties within their budget, while also making the subsequent loan process significantly faster.

The launch marks another milestone in Finfinity’s mission to simplify access to home financing through technology, helping customers gain clarity on their borrowing capacity more quickly while enabling lending partners to deliver a seamless digital experience.

By combining intelligent automation, secure digital infrastructure, and strong partnerships with leading financial institutions, Finfinity continues to redefine how customers discover, apply for, and access financial products with greater speed, transparency, and confidence.
