Inclusion, Upskilling, and Social Impact at the Core The hiring initiative includes a strong emphasis on inclusivity and empowerment, with a 10% growth in women and PwD hiring across supply chain operations. With a YoY increase observed in the hiring of women and PwD associates, and dedicated efforts to integrate LGBTQIA+ talent across functions, Flipkart is furthering its vision of equitable opportunity for everyone. It continues to partner with social sector organizations to train and onboard individuals from underrepresented communities into logistics roles. Additionally, through the Supply Chain Operations Academy (SCOA), Flipkart has trained thousands of candidates so far and plans to upskill 10,000 additional associates by the end of 2025. This serves as a testament to building an e-commerce-ready workforce trained in safety, tech tools, and warehouse best practices.
