This move bolsters Equirus’ governance and strategic prowess. Mr. Ramesh, formerly the MD & CEO of Stock Holding Corporation of India, is located in Mumbai. He brings over three decades of experience in commercial banking, along with nine years in the securities markets and financial services sector. Before this, he served as a Non-executive Board Member for IFCI’s subsidiary companies and as an Advisory Member for the BSE in Mumbai.
He has deep domain expertise in Strategic Leadership, Governance & Regulatory Compliance, Retail Banking, Broking & Financial Services Business, Corporate Social Responsibilities & Its Implementation and Stakeholder Management. He is a Post Graduate Diploma in Investment & Financial Management and Bachelor of Science, Certified CEO, Certified Independent Director, Member AICD Australia, Member IOD India.
