About Savorworks Coffee & Chocolate

Founded in 2019 by Baninder Singh, Co-founder & Head Roaster, and Paweena Withyasathien Kochar, Co-founder & Master Chocolatier, Savorworks Coffee & Chocolate was built around a shared passion for exceptional coffee, craft chocolate, and the possibilities that emerge when both are approached with curiosity and precision. From its early focus on specialty coffee, the brand has evolved into a distinctive coffee and bean-to-bar chocolate company, with craftsmanship at the heart of its identity.

Savorworks takes a hands-on approach to the entire process from sourcing distinctive coffee and cacao to roasting, chocolate making, and developing its final offerings in-house. This close involvement allows the brand to preserve the character of its ingredients while exploring nuanced flavour profiles and unconventional combinations.

By bringing together the discipline of specialty coffee roasting with the artistry and precision of chocolate making, Savorworks has developed a range of distinctive bean-to-bar chocolates alongside an experience-led café offering. Its philosophy is grounded in thoughtful sourcing, meticulous craftsmanship, experimentation, and uncompromising quality, with each product reflecting the founders’ commitment to understanding ingredients at every stage of their journey.

This approach has also earned the brand growing recognition, including the Double Gold awarded to its 85% Dark Chocolate at the 2026 Indian Craft Chocolate Competition, further establishing Savorworks as a brand committed to pushing the boundaries of specialty coffee and craft chocolate.
