Nov 10, 2012: As per the official sources, the fashion retail formats such as Central, Indus League and Brand Factory held by Kishore Biyani promoted Future Ventures will be consolidated under a separately listed business entity. The board will soon finalize the de-merger of Pantaloon Retail and post de-merger the fashion business entity of Future group is expected to be worth Rs 3200 crore. Other than fashion entity, Future group will have two other entities, one for hyper market and super market business and the other for food business.
