Ganesh has been a major contributor in the global expansion of single-use systems, cell & gene therapy workflows, and next-generation bioprocessing platforms for Avantor in the IMEA region. His leadership style is grounded in performance excellence, creating value for customers, and developing strong teams.
With Masters in Marketing from the University of Mumbai and Bachelors in Pharmacy from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Ganesh has a strong foundation in strategic decision-making, scientific understanding, and leadership within the life sciences sector. He manages end-to-end business operations for Avantor’s Bioprocessing segment across the IMEA region and works closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery.
Ganesh began his career as a Sales Executive with Associated Capsules Pvt. Ltd. and later worked with Johnson & Johnson as a Product Specialist, gaining foundational experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, product strategy, and scientific engagement. He then progressed into key leadership and technical roles at Merck Millipore (formerly Millipore India Pvt. Ltd.), where he managed customer partnerships, commercial performance, and market expansion.
