GAP and Malbon Golf Announce Collaboration Bridging Style and Sport

The 33-Piece Collection Merges Malbon’s Signature Golf Aesthetic with Gap Classics.

23rd June 2025: Gap has collaborated with golf lifestyle brand Malbon Golf on a limited-edition collection and campaign that celebrates individuality and timeless style across generations. The collection bridges Malbon’s signature golf aesthetic with prep-inspired Gap essentials, offering versatile styles for men and women designed to play or dress the part.  

“Malbon has fostered a vibrant culture around the game of golf, allowing us to engage a new customer and bring together our two communities in a fresh way,” said Mark Breitbard, President and CEO, Gap brand. “Our collaboration with Malbon represents the unique intersection of fashion, sports, and culture, offering a new opportunity for self–expression, on or off the golf course, through the lens of beloved Gap icons.” 

Founded in 2017 by Stephen and Erica Malbon, Malbon aims to bring together players of all backgrounds and ages to honor the greatest game on earth. The Gap × Malbon collaboration celebrates the shared experiences that unite us while championing self-expression and original style. 

“We grew up with Gap, so the opportunity to collaborate and bridge golf culture with Gap’s heritage is incredibly exciting,” said Erica and Stephen Malbon. “Gap defines what an American brand can look like, it’s where fashion and functionality collide — so we are thrilled that each and every piece reflects, authentically, the DNA of both brands.”

The Generation Golf campaign, shot by Duncan Wolfe, is a reflection of contemporary golf culture and the game’s cross-generational connection. The campaign features golf legend and five-time PGA tour winner Jesper Parnevik alongside his children, Peg and Phoenix Parnevik. The Parnevik family blends sport, style, and culture, each individual offering a distinct yet cohesive perspective.  

The 33-piece collection offers a range of versatile, golf-inspired silhouettes for men and women, blending time-honored style with contemporary design and performance-minded details. A custom PAR logo featured on fleece, knits, and accessories offers a game-inspired play on the iconic Gap arch logo, while classic stripes, plaid, and herringbone accents complement the assortment throughout.
