Gordon Ramsay’s Street Pizza Debuts at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA)

In a landmark collaboration, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, Travel Food Services Limited & Semolina Kitchens Private Limited, introduce India’s first Street Pizza, redefining contemporary travel dining

Mumbai, January 2026 Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza makes its highly anticipated debut at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA), Terminal 2, International Departure Zone, bringing the globally acclaimed brand to one of India’s most dynamic travel gateways. This launch signals the arrival of a contemporary, expressive, and chef-driven pizza culture designed for discerning travelers seeking bold flavors and an atmosphere that transforms transit into a moment worth savoring.

Building on the success of Gordon Ramsay Street Burger at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, Terminal 1, this is the second India location under the partnership of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, master franchisee Travel Food Services Limited (TFS), and Semolina Kitchens Private Limited (SKPL). This opening marks a major step in TFS’s mission to expand the brand across India’s key travel hubs. By aligning with Adani Airports’ vision to create world-class lifestyle destinations, the partnership sets a new global benchmark for airport dining that blends international excellence with local culture.

Thoughtfully conceived for the rhythm of modern travel, Street Pizza delivers a menu that is both deeply flavourful and effortlessly convenient. Whether guests are navigating tight connections or settling in ahead of long-haul departures, the offering is designed to deliver world-class pizza with speed, ease, and unimpeachable consistency – making it an ideal destination for travellers who refuse to compromise on taste.

The Mumbai menu retains the brand’s global signatures while seamlessly integrating Indian taste preferences. Travelers can indulge in “Next Level” offerings like the Tandoori Paneer and the Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza, which features a tikka masala curry base, tandoori chicken, and buttermilk dressing. For those seeking classic global tastes, the menu features the Classic Margherita, the Next Level (Tuscan kale, oyster mushroom, and chicken bacon), and The Londoner, topped with fresh burrata and veg ‘nduja. The experience is rounded out by a selection of “Sides & Sharers,” including Street Spicy Wings, Corn Balls with lime jalapeño aioli, and G.F.C. Dirty Fries. For a sweet finish before takeoff, guests can enjoy the world-famous Sticky Toffee Pudding or a Strawberry Marshmallow Sundae

The culinary process remains uncompromising and globally standardised. Dough is prepared using the signature Street Pizza technique to achieve the ideal balance of airy interiors and crisp exteriors. High-grade cheeses, slow-cooked sauces, quality meats, and responsibly sourced vegetables form the foundation of the menu. In every detail, the brand upholds the precision and integrity expected of a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, while presenting flavours that resonate instinctively with Indian diners

Mumbai Airport is India’s second busiest and the world’s busiest single-runway airport, offering an ideal stage for Street Pizza’s India journey. With over 55 million passengers annually, a diverse international traveller base, and a consumer landscape that embraces global cuisines, CSMIA brings
