Devinder’s appointment follows that of Adzam Bahrin as Regional Creative Director and Shakira Pathmarajah as Talent Acquisition Head, as part of GrowthOps Asia’s wider strategic growth agenda to strengthen its leadership team.
In his role, Devinder will lead the scaling of the analytics team by introducing new solutions for advanced analytics, personalisation and forecasting, along with developing relationships with technology and data partners, working on GrowthOps Asia’s regional clients, including companies from financial services, automotive, airline and consumer clients.
Devinder brings with him over 14 years of multimarket experience in Japan, India, and Singapore leading analytics departments. Prior to joining GrowthOps, previous leadership positions he has held include being the Director of Analytics at GroupM India, Associate Director of Analytics at Wunderman Thompson Japan, Vice President of Analytics at Weber Shandwick and Head of Advanced Analytics at Mirum Agency in Singapore.

Bringing with him a proven track record in defining and executing the data analytics roadmap and providing business insights to meet aggressive revenue goals & facilitating improvement of digital maturity in all business focus areas, Devinder joins a strong senior award-winning analytics team, including SEO and Analytic Director Nitesh Shrivastava and will report to Regional Head of Performance Marketing and Singapore General Manager, Shaad Hamid.
