GRT Hotels was given this prestigious award in a glitzy ceremony attended by the who’s who of hospitality on 18th October 2022 at the Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi by Today’s Traveler. The magazine, which is celebrating its 25th Anniversary, also released a collector’s edition coffee table book, with a focus on the awards and achievements.
It has been an eventful journey for GRT Hotels. In 25 years, the brand has expanded its footprint to 19 hotels across 18 locations in South India, while also building a team of hoteliers with the sole objective of delighting guests with experiential hospitality at every opportunity. With all the success earned already, we still believe our journey has just begun, and we have several milestones to achieve.
We take this opportunity to convey our gratitude to our guests for placing their faith in us. Our passion for excellence has us thinking of innovative ways of exceeding their expectations and delivering our motto – “The Promise of More”.
We also thank the teams of our various hotels, our corporate leadership, and owners, for always being engaged and never losing focus of our mission, even under trying circumstances and black swan events like the recent pandemic.

We are excited to forge forward with great vigor, to ensure we entrench our philosophy of ‘I Say Yes’ service in each of our upcoming projects. Our soon to be launched projects are designed with the latest concepts of hospitality design and technology, to make the guest experience even more unique. We look forward to a great time in the new post-pandemic world.
