Mumbai, 8th January, 2025: Effective January 2, 2025, Mr. Amit Chincholikar has been appointed as the Group President – Human Resources at The Hinduja Group. He succeeds Mr. Amanppreet Singh Bhatia, who has moved on after completing five successful years with the Group.
Mr. Chincholikar brings 30-plus years of global experience in Human Resources across various industries. His extensive expertise spans HR strategy, leadership, and the implementation of transformative HR practices in diverse regions, including India, the United States, and Singapore. In addition to his HR leadership, he has spearheaded key functions such as Sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), Corporate Communications, and Business Excellence in his previous roles.
Before joining Hinduja Group, Amit was the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires (OHT). His career trajectory includes pivotal roles at Tata Consumer Products, Tata Sons Limited, Aditya Birla Group (ABG), and Mercer Human Resource Consulting.
Amit holds a Master’s degree from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor’s in Science, specialising in Statistics and Operations Research, from Bombay University.
