Hyderabad December 18th: On the occasion of this year’s Christmas Eve, Lifeway and Holman Bible Publishers, in partnership with The Bible Society of India and Yash Publications, announced the launch of “The Lifeway Telugu Study Bible,” for the Telugu community in India and across the globe, in the presence of Rev Dr. Joel Jaswanth Gummadi, Senior Pastor, The Gateway Shammah Church & Managing Director, Yash group, who is also the Chief Editor of this Bible, Chief guest Dr. Vasantha Rao, Principal UTC Bangalore & other renowned Pastors from Hyderabad – Rev. K. Sinha, Rev Y. Mohan Babu, & Rev Deeven Kumar.
The Lifeway Telugu Study Bible has a host of exciting features which include Maps, Charts, Illustrations, Study Notes, Cross references, Devotions, introductions to every book of the Bible. The special feature, however, is the introduction of video study resources, accessed through a QR code placed within each book of the Bible, for the first time ever, in any Indian language. These video resources are specially designed to bring theological teachings and deepen the spiritual understanding of individuals, families and church groups.
