India’s leading homegrown Toy Brand- Aditi Toys Crosses ₹100 Crore, Unveils ‘Chanak’ as India’s First Homegrown Global Toy IP!

Announces global expansion, ₹100+ crore manufacturing facility in Gujarat, and IPO roadmap at Annual Distribution Meet 2026

Mumbai, India – April 11, 2026: Aditi Toys, one of India’s fastest-growing toy companies, has crossed the ₹100 crore revenue milestone and unveiled its flagship intellectual property ‘Chanak’ at its Annual Distribution Meet 2026, signalling a significant strategic shift towards brand-led growth and global expansion. The event saw participation from over 180 distributors across India, including representation from Jammu & Kashmir to the North-East India, underscoring the company’s strong and expanding national footprint.

The launch of ‘Chanak’ marks Aditi Toys’ entry into the creation of original intellectual property, with a vision to build a globally recognized Indian character rooted in culture and storytelling. Inspired by the wisdom and strategic acumen of the historic Chanakya, the mascot is positioned as a modern intelligent toy and an engaging character aimed at resonating with modern consumers while competing with established global entertainment and toy brands. With this move, the company is looking to go beyond product manufacturing and establish itself as a brand-driven player in the global toy ecosystem for the kids of India.

The company has recorded a robust 45% year-on-year growth, supported by a distribution network of over 180 partners and a retail presence spanning more than 15,000 stores across the country. Aditi Toys currently offers over 280 SKUs and plans to introduce more than 100 new products this year, as it expands into high-growth segments such as baby products, ride-on toys, electric toys, die-cast models, and premium categories. As part of its long-term strategy, the company is also actively working towards a public listing in the coming years.

In line with its global ambitions, Aditi Toys has already commenced operations in Dubai and the broader Middle East region and is preparing to enter markets such as the United States and Europe. These expansions are expected to be supported by the company’s newly operational manufacturing facility in Gujarat, which represents a significant investment in scale and capability.

Located in Anandpar Village in Rajkot, the facility spans approximately 2,25,000 square feet and has been developed with an investment exceeding ₹100 crore. With a production capacity of up to 30,000 toys per day, the plant is equipped with advanced automation, in-house tooling, and testing infrastructure, and adheres to international compliance standards including SEDEX and Walmart FCCA audits. More than 900 people are directly employed here, and in addition, many women are provided with work-from-home opportunities, enabling them to earn a livelihood. Nearly 70% of the workforce comprises women, reflecting the company’s commitment to inclusive growth and women’s empowerment. Through skill development initiatives, they are being equipped for the future while also helping secure the future of the next generation.

Speaking on the manufacturing expansion, Subhash Balubhai Zala, Founder & Director at Aditi Toys Pvt.
