Mumbai, 13th November 2025: This November, antiSOCIAL turns into a sanctuary of sound and stillness as Inner Discovery presents Live Sound Meditation; a guided session led by Karan Desai and Samuel Murthy, taking place on Sunday, 16th November, from 11 AM to 12 PM.
Blending traditional instruments and modern frequencies, the experience journeys through handpan, sitar, and electronic soundscapes designed to harmonise the mind, body, and spirit. Guests are invited to surrender to the rhythm of soothing vibrations and rediscover inner calm in a space that bridges ancient practice and contemporary sound.
Participants are encouraged to bring along their yoga mat, scarf or shawl, eye mask, and water, for a comfortable, meditative hour of mindful listening and self-discovery.
