New Delhi, March 7, 2022: Breaking the gender stereotype and challenging the gender bias today, India’s leading restaurant technology platform, inresto by Dineout has launched a new women’s day campaign #BustTheMyth that talks about the organisation’s women leaders who are inspirational, assertive and empathetic, and stand at par with their male counterparts.

The campaign features six leading women from the organisation and their team members. They are shown talking about the qualities of the women leaders and how they ensure operational agility and lasting impact on the overall business. Among the leaders spoken about in the campaign include Sanjula Miglani, Head Business Marketing & Dineout Passport; Bhagyashree Rewatkar, Head Brand Marketing; Aafreen Alam, Regional Head; Shruti Shukla, City Head; Sruthi Mathew, City Head; Preksha Parekh, City Head. The campaign #BustTheMyth was kickstarted a week before International Women’s Day 2022 and has already received a great response on the Instagram.

Nikhil Bakshi, Co-founder and Marketing Head, Dineout explained the objective behind running the #BustTheMyth campaign saying, “Our intention with this campaign was to break the pattern of stagnant conversation. Every year brands have the same dialogue with their audience. This year we wanted to look within and make an effort to break many biases that unfortunately still exist at workplaces. Our #BustTheMyth campaign has real people talking about the value addition their women leaders have brought. We hope to steer the conversation in a new direction.’’

The campaign highlights the need for not only India but the entire world to inspire more women and build a more inclusive workplace where CXO level roles are not dominated by men. It also throws light on how women today are proving to be better leaders by leading with empathy and showcasing a higher level of emotional intelligence which has become an intrinsic part of leadership in the post-pandemic world.
