Meticulously curated by Yauatcha’s culinary team, A Night in Shanghai features a selection of dim sums, stir-fries and desserts that pay homage to the refinement of Old Shanghai. Signature dishes include Aam chun shuimai (steamed quail egg chicken shuimai), Tung po yuk (braised pork belly with spring onion bao) and Suein taim sek bun (Yauatcha sweet & sour grouper fish), each capturing the balance of tradition and innovation that characterises Yauatcha’s approach to modern Cantonese cuisine.
The experience extends to a bespoke cocktail programme that draws inspiration from Shanghai’s storied nightlife and vibrant social scene.
